Terms of service
I. General Provisions
This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded between Laura Bogdanova, sole proprietor (VAT No. LV27079411363), operating under the brand OLiHUG, address: Zeltrītu iela 24, Mārupe, Latvia, email: info@olihug.com, website: www.olihug.com (hereinafter – the Seller), and the Buyer – a natural or legal person purchasing goods or using services via the Website.
By purchasing on the Website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
II. Definitions
Agreement – this Distance Sales Agreement.
Product – any item purchased on the Website.
Buyer – a natural or legal person making a purchase.
Seller – OLiHUG.
Shopping Cart – section of the Website where selected Products are placed.
Product Description – details and price published next to each Product.
Payment Card – Buyer’s card used for payment.
III. Conclusion of Agreement
Purchases made on the Website constitute a Distance Contract, regulated by Latvian law and EU directives on consumer rights.
The Agreement is deemed concluded once the Buyer places and pays for an order.
Buyers confirm they are legally capable of entering into contracts. Minors aged 14–18 may purchase only with parental consent, unless they have their own income.
The Seller sells Products according to their descriptions on the Website. The Agreement remains valid until all obligations are fulfilled.
IV. Ordering Procedure
To order, the Buyer:
Selects a Product and adds it to the cart.
Confirms reading and accepting the Privacy Policy and this Agreement.
Provides accurate personal and delivery data.
Completes payment via the available methods.
The Seller sends an order confirmation by email once payment is received. Inaccurate data may result in delayed or failed delivery, for which the Seller is not liable.
V. Payment and Pricing
Payment may be made by:
Credit/debit card or internet banking (via Stripe or Maksekeskus);
Bank transfer (if available);
Cash on delivery (if applicable).
Prices are shown in EUR, inclusive of taxes (within the EU). Additional fees (e.g., for bank transactions or international duties) are borne by the Buyer.
The Seller may update Product prices at any time. Prices valid at checkout apply.
Discounts and gift cards:
Discount codes are single-use, non-refundable, and valid until expiry.
Gift cards must be used in one purchase, are non-exchangeable for cash, and expire as stated.
VI. Rights and Obligations
The Buyer must ensure the Product suits their needs before purchase and follow the Safety Instructions (Appendix No. 2).
The Seller provides Product Descriptions from the manufacturer.
Minor visual differences (e.g., color or size) due to display settings do not constitute defects.
Both Parties are liable for losses caused by negligence or intent.
Resale of OLiHUG Products for commercial purposes is prohibited without written consent.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the paid Products to the address provided by the Buyer.
VII. Delivery
Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer.
Standard delivery: 1–10 business days; pre-orders may take longer.
Order processing occurs on business days (10:00–17:00).
Buyers must provide accurate delivery details. Incorrect data or failure to collect parcels may result in additional costs.
If the Seller cannot deliver due to unforeseen events, an equivalent Product or a full refund (within 30 days) will be offered.
The Seller is not responsible for courier or customs delays beyond its control.
VIII. Force Majeure
Neither Party is liable for failure to perform obligations caused by unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., war, strikes, natural disasters, government actions).
If such circumstances last more than 45 days, either Party may terminate the Agreement without penalty.
IX. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the OLiHUG Privacy Policy available on the Website.
The Buyer must review it before purchasing.
X. Right of Withdrawal
EU Consumers (natural persons) may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the Product by submitting a Withdrawal Form (Appendix No. 1) to info@olihug.com.
Conditions:
The Product must be unused, clean, with intact packaging and labels.
The Buyer bears return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned Product.
International refunds may incur bank transfer fees.
No withdrawal rights apply to:
Opened items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;
Custom-made or personalized Products.
The Buyer is responsible for preserving the Product’s quality and safety during the withdrawal period.
XI. Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@olihug.com.
The Seller replies within 1 month.
Unresolved disputes are handled by the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
The Parties are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
XII. Final Provisions
The Seller may amend this Agreement at any time by publishing an updated version on www.olihug.com.
Relationships not covered here are governed by Latvian law.
Invalidity of one clause does not affect the others.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that all terms are understood and accepted.
Appendix No. 1 – Withdrawal Form

Returned goods must be sent to OLiHUG within 7 days after submitting this form.
Appendix No. 2 – Safety Instructions
Applies to all OLiHUG creative kits for children.
Not suitable for children under 3 years (contains small parts).
Use only under adult supervision.
Do not put clay or tools in mouth, nose, or ears.
Not food – non-edible materials.
Check ingredients if your child has allergies.
Store clay in sealed containers away from sunlight.
Use protective surfaces; clay may stain.
Read kit instructions before use.
Keep packaging and labels until finished.
If CE marked, the Product meets EN71 toy safety standards.
Not for resale without written permission.
Teachers must supervise use in schools.
Use opened clay within 24 hours.
Parents are responsible for safe home use.
The Seller is not responsible for misuse or for use outside the recommended age range.
