2. Are your products safe?

Yes — safety is our top priority. Our clay kits meet international toy safety standards, including:

• EN71 (EU)
• ASTM F963 (USA)
• CE certified
• SGS & CPST tested

Our clay is made from non-toxic ingredients and 99.9% purified water, with color pigments imported from Germany and raw materials sourced from Switzerland. Each batch is tested to ensure it’s safe for kids, grown-ups, and the environment — so you can enjoy worry-free creative play.

3. When will I get my order & how much is shipping?

We usually ship from Latvia, Europe or USA within 1–3 business days. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

4. What’s the difference between a one-time kit and a subscription? 

With a one-time kit, you get everything needed to sculpt 12 fun clay figures — including clay tubs, tools, visual guides, and a certificate. It’s a perfect standalone gift or activity.

With an OLIHUG subscription, you’ll receive:

5. What age is this clay kit suitable for?

Our kits are designed for kids aged 3+ and fun-loving adults! They’re perfect for creative play, family bonding, or even mindful relaxation for teens and grown-ups.

6. Can I return the kit if I change my mind?

Yes! You have 14 days to return your kit if it’s unused and in original packaging. Just contact us within that period, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note: opened or used kits are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

7. Where are kits produced?

The kits are produced by a certified international manufacturer (LOUFOR - CN) that also supplies several premium educational and creative brands around the world. Each kit is individually tested and certified to meet EU and USA toy safety standards — including EN71, ASTM F963, CE, and SGS testing.
