OLiHUG ships orders worldwide from our EU-based warehouse.
We work with trusted partners including Omniva, DPD, Smartpost, Unisend, NovaPost, Venipak, Latvijas Pasts, DHL, and FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (handling time).
Delivery times below are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
1. Baltic Region (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania)
We offer several parcel locker and courier options for the Baltic countries.
If you do not specify a preferred locker, we will select the closest one to your provided address.
Delivery options:
Omniva Parcel Locker: 1–5 business days — from €1.99
DPD Parcel Locker: 1–5 business days — from €1.99
Smartpost Itella Parcel Locker: 1–5 business days — from €1.99
Courier Delivery (DPD, Omniva, etc.): 1–3 business days — from €3.99
📦 Note: You will receive an SMS/email when your parcel is ready for pickup.
During holidays or high-demand periods, delivery may be slightly longer.
2. European Union Countries
We ship to all EU countries directly from our European warehouse for faster service.
Delivery options:
Standard Postal Delivery (Latvijas Pasts / DPD / Omniva): 3–9 business days — €4.99–€14.99
Express Courier (DHL / FedEx): 2–6 business days — €6.99–€24.99
✉️ Tracking number provided for all shipments.
In rare cases (e.g., remote areas), delivery may take up to 14 business days.
3. United Kingdom, Norway & Switzerland
These countries are outside the EU and may require customs clearance.
Delivery options:
Standard Postal Delivery: 4–8 business days — €4.99–€17.99
Express Courier (DHL / FedEx): 2–6 business days — €4.99–€29.99
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import charges applicable in their country.
4. United States, Canada & International
We ship worldwide to North America, Asia, and other destinations via tracked international mail or express courier.
Delivery options:
Standard International Postal Delivery: 3–15 business days — €6.99–€24.99
Express Courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 2–8 business days — €9.99–€39.99

Customs processing times may vary by country.
For certain products and clay kits, we also ship directly from our USA warehouse. This helps customers avoid additional customs fees and receive faster delivery. Please check the available shipping options at checkout.
5. International Orders & Customs
We ship worldwide.
Buyers outside the European Union (third countries) are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
6. Stock Availability & Fulfillment
Most orders are shipped from our EU-based warehouse for faster delivery.
If an item is temporarily unavailable locally, it may be shipped from our international fulfillment center to avoid delays.
In such cases, delivery may take 2–10 business days, depending on your location.
You will be notified by email if your order is affected.
All shipments remain covered by our delivery guarantees, and tracking details will always be provided.
7. Free EU Shipping
We offer Free EU shipping on orders from €45 and above.
This applies automatically at checkout when your total meets the required amount.
8. General Notes
All delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch.
During public holidays or peak seasons, slight delays may occur.
Once an order is shipped, OLiHUG cannot modify the address.
